P002 — Retail Skincare Hero Loop
An 8-second product-motion system composed natively for landscape, portrait and ultra-wide displays instead of forcing one automatic crop across every screen.
The Objective
Keep the campaign recognizable across radically different screens
The system needed to preserve the serum bottle, the “Reset Your Barrier” hierarchy and a calm premium rhythm across landscape, portrait and ultra-wide canvases.
Each output also needed an exact eight-second loop, 25 fps playback, no audio, conservative safe areas and an H.264 compatibility profile suitable for commercial display handoff.
Format-aware approach
One visual system, three independent compositions
The landscape, portrait and ultra-wide layouts share product identity, typography, palette and motion logic. Scale, negative space and copy placement were solved separately for each canvas.
Controlled refinement
Change only the portrait decisions that failed review
The first portrait preview showed a hard overlay transition across the product. A continuous vertical alpha falloff removed the band without changing the underlying campaign image.
A second bounded revision shortened the badge to campaign-authoritative copy so it cleared the bottle silhouette. Landscape and ultra-wide decisions remained locked.
Local validation
Traceable files, deterministic loops and byte-identical delivery
All three files passed complete decode, resolution, frame-rate, duration, codec, color-metadata, audio-absence, loop-boundary and checksum controls. Final delivery copies are byte-identical to their approved masters.
Final motion system
Three delivery-ready canvas versions
Studio role
From campaign inputs to reusable delivery logic
LoopStage Studio handled brief normalization, workflow adaptation, multi-canvas composition, deterministic motion, controlled visual refinement, local encode validation, delivery packaging and sanitized-template extraction.
